Job Description


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Factory Owner Community Development and Engagement Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the growth and engagement of our initiatives, which include establishing a factory owner community on campus.


Key Responsibilities


Establish a Startup Community on Campus


  • Collaborate with university departments, faculty, and student to create a thriving startup ecosystem.

  • Connect to not limit to local and oversea Star-up company, incubator, invertor, investment institution, law firm, aduit frim, factory supplier, etc

  • Create the bridge between our resource to our student and alumni member.

  • Organize pitch competitions, hackathons, and other events to stimulate entrepreneurial activities and connect students with industry experts and investors.


Qualifications


  • Passion on operating community development, event planning, and engagement activities.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Passion for entrepreneurship and innovation.

  • Experience in working with diverse groups and fostering inclusive communities.
